On the O2's...the rear were not present until 1996. '94 and '95 were stil ODB I and did not have them.

As Eric said above, the CCRM in the 95 would be my concern.
I can't remember exactly what it stands for but as I recall it is Central Command Relay Module.
It controls the voltage to the fuel pump,...
