only had a pint of paint to do the hood. It was $110 for the pint of paint and a quart of clear plus the additive.

Yea, cleared with the gun as well. Primed with a different gun. Wet sanded the primer this morning and let the hood sun/air dry. Then took a cleaner and wipe the sanding residue off, applied 2 coats...

Finally got off my ass and painted my damn hood. Granted this was my first attempt at painting and was painting outside in the driveway with the hood hanging from and Engine hoist. Now just have to...
