not really that bad, worst part was the stapling, cant buy barbed staples like factory uses, only could find stainless non barbed. overall it was worth saving the $700 labor. everywhere i checked...

update: DIY convertible top install

not too bad for 250 dollar top with glass window and about 3-4 hrs of work. gotta let it set and get warm so i can stretch some small wrinkles.
