the easiest way i have found to burp the air of an sn-car is to put the front on ramps and open the radiator cap. I have always wanted to try the way Brian mentioned as well with the coolant flush...

General Automotive Question
Are there any ford ranger pickups that come with an 8.8 in the rear? I have heard people talke of using the axles in a mustang but didn't know if the rear was the same or what.

you can get the plastic ones just like the factory ones at auto zone, I had to do that one time to get a small enough belt on the car that wouldn't slip after i did the a/c and smog pump delete,...

then the tripoli, red rouge, and mothers metal polish, however it takes time and patience. if you were to use one...

I would go with a Kirban reg., and a walbro pump, bbk has a gauge kit for around 28$ as well...
i had an aeromeotive regulator for about a year and the vacuum diaphram was leaking... just an fyi, ...

with that my car still runs around 190-200..... That doesn't really make sense, i have a new thermostat etc, you don't have a chip or anything? It seems like it would have to run a little warmer...

Help!! trying to find some bushings
I got a set of upper control arms, but the bushings in the axle housing are torn just as bad or worse than the ones in the control arm are.
All i want to replace is the ones in the axle housing,...

well i fabbed up some brackets with some sheet aluminum(20 ga), some 1/2 alum tubing, and had them welded onto the tanks, now the rad mounts as stock one would, the materials were here and there,...

what year car is it in? On the timing, i assume you are pulling the spout and replacing it after setting timing, correct? If you are total timing it, i would imagine it would bad sluggish, and 28*...

you need to replace the bushings inside the window motor.... they are around 8$ at the parts stores, and usually it take around an hour or two.......

From what i have been reading the ford racing ones are best. Supposed to be stiffer yet have a little give in case of binding of the suspension. Best of all i found them on summits site for 60$
