Griots has various levels of polishing compound with different levels of grit based on how deep the scratches are.
I used them in this thread with the griot's orbital buffer that won't burn paint....

Spent all day sunday cleaning the ride. Washed and then went over the car with MeGuiars paint cleaner/wax prep then went over it with claybar and Griot's speed shine <- greatest thing ever to happen...
