It's similar to cutting plexiglass. Use masking tape on both sides over the lines where you will be cutting. Avoid excess heat generated by cutting. Preferably use a band saw, but a jig saw or circular saw can be used if you watch the heat build-up.

I made the top covers for our 72 gallon saltwater aquarium out of that stuff. I used my B&D jigsaw to cut it, and it worked great. I did'nt have to use masking tape though, as it already had the protective paper film stuff on it.
