Catback + cold air intake netted me about 45 - 50 rwhp (most stock '03s were dynoing around 350 at Walker Dyno Tune, mine made 400.4 with a catback and CAI).
The stock exhaust and intake are REALLY restrictive on these cars. Sub frame connectors were one of the best mods I've done as well.
