UPDATE:

I welded up a recirculating blow-off tube and it helped straighten the tune out considerably.
I have driven it about 70 miles, its pig rich, but it runs.
Hope to get some tuning done in the next couple of weeks.

This is just a temporary pipe, I plan on making a better one later.
