On the 2.3's I just grab 1 gal coolant and 1 gal distilled water. I usually pour in the entire jug of coolant, then the jug of water. Might have a little water left over. I think SvoBrown is really close, because the book says 9.9 quarts. But you gotta take into consideration there's about a half gallon left in the block...unless you pop the water pump.
