The base kit has the Chinese turbo, the Mastrepower is an
upgrade and has a 1 year warranty the other has none

I've seen some MasterPowers last for years... some that took unexpected dumps after a couple months. Hit or miss, but still muuuch better than the chinese crap. I get emails all day long about buying those chinese turbos complete.

Some of them are $150 copies of $800 garrett turbos... and still not worth the metal they are recycled from.
