Motorcraft water pumps - HD/Export v. Standard

I know the 5.0 HD/export water pump has a heavy duty bearing and seal; good things in my mind.

I'm also told that it flows a greater volume than the standard pump; maybe not so good.

Does anyone have any details regarding the volume?

I'd like to know stuff like:

How much more volume.

Whether or not the impeller design is more efficient or just more aggressive.

Anybody got any info on these things? Basically, I want to figure out if the increased volume, relative to the standard pump, is meaningfully detrimental to power output.

**EDIT**
This is 2nd hand information, from a guy who is trying to remember something from over 20 years ago, and had no direct knowledge in the first place.

The difference in power needed to spin the pump would be negligible. Maybe a few horsepower at most. As for the actual volume, he had no specific idea, but probably not much.
