Exclamation tire scrubbing issue

I've done the 5 lug swap and done all new suspension
I put the EIBACH pro kit , cc plates from upr, and new struts and shocks (kyb)
My problem is that the driver side wheel is a rubbing bad on the outer fender. I measured from the frame to the strut on both sides of the car and the driver side is sitting out a little over an inch more the the passenger side. I'm stumped I can't figure out why it would do this maybe because I haven't gotten a front end alignment yet? I need feed back please thanks Rob

Assuming that everything has been installed correctly, my first thought is the cc plates and the need for an alignment.
