lowering steps

ok besides springs what is needed to properly lower my stang..... ive heard c/c plates,shocks,struts, and subframe connectors but that will get on the expensive side... but im goin to want normal wear and tear.

The need for caster/camber plates depends on how far you intend on lowering the car. To get a proper alignment you will probably need them unless you have a creative front end guy.

Shocks/struts aren't necessary but you may run into a problem of hitting the bump stops on the factory shocks and struts, and may have a somewhat harsher ride quality.

Subframe connectors have nothing to do with lowering the car. They are a stiffening measure that helps keep the frame from flexing.

I do recommend a set of offset rack and pinion bushings to save on tie rod end wear, however.
