check engine light

Ok everysince i put on my o/r Xpipe my check engine light comes on i keep getting the codes for slow response bank 1 and 2 are my mil elims.... not working correctly also every now and then i get a random misfire code from different cylinders do i just need to get different coils? just changed the plugs because of the misfires was doin great till i put my foot into it so i could hear my new x pipe.... wanting to buy a set of the new super 44's
