Self Contained Blower Vent?
Each time I open my blower screw/dipstick to check the oil I get a significant hiss. I also believe that over time I am getting a little blowby past the o-ring seal on the drain plug.
I was considering running a fitting to vent the gases from the blower. I am sure the pressure is normal but vortechs and Paxtons don't have this because they are plumbed into the engine oil and are not completely sealed gear boxes. Any thought? QWKSNKE, did you notice this on yours or was yours non-SC?

Re: Self Contained Blower Vent?
Mine is a non-sc version.
Would it be possible to do that and not have the supercharger oil not blow out. I figure with the speed the wheel is turning, there is probably oil getting slung everywhere in the head unit.
