looking to bbq a stang

I am looking for any recomendations on a rottiessie . there are quite a few out there and would like to know who as used what manufacture and any short comings for that unit .
i have 2 projects 1965 fast back and 1987 gt .

Well I haven't used one but I had looked into building one a while back. I'll look at the info I have saved when I get home.
