302 Stroker
I haven't told anyone of my plans for my car, but the other day I made a payment on a 302 stroker motor. I'm not going to do any port work to the heads but I am going to use the same cams that Tim used on that Saleen car to make 601 hp with a stock plastic intake. The main differences between the Saleen and my car is that I've got a ported Bullitt Intake and I'll be running the stroker motor.

Re: 302 Stroker
Thanks everyone, I can't feakin wait. I've cut back on ALOT of needless expenses (Hooters meets, eating out for lunch, beer, etc) so I can get this done by March. I've got a collection of parts sitting in the garage, stuff I've bought from Dave and stuff I've been buying along the way to prepare for the motor.

Re: 302 Stroker
Question Rob,
Will you see much of a gain with a stroker motor? From what I've been reading on MD and MP most guys that have spent the money say it was a waste.....just wondering what made you decide to go stroker?
