UPDATE:
I welded up a recirculating blow-off tube and it helped straighten the tune out considerably. I have driven it about 70 miles, its pig rich, but it runs. Hope to get some tuning done in the next couple of weeks. This is just a temporary pipe, I plan on making a better one later.

Another UPDATE:
I decided I didnt like the 3.5" slash tip out the side of the truck before the rear wheel. So I cut off the 3.5" tailpipe and welded up an adapter to step up to 4.0" pipe and built a tailpipe that dumps past the rear axle housing It also made it a little bit quieter.
