Anyone know the difference in the automatic vs. the manual TFI module? I am not sure what is changed, maybe dwell? some sort of signal conditioner? Anything?

I know the dwell time is different.
They all condition the signal for the EEC. Other than that.................

PIP, IDM, and SPOUT signals are the same in all gray TFI's (which is all the computer cares about)
the slight (very very small) changes between them do not effect or noticed by the computer (ford or aftermarket)
