can truck ecm be tuned up to a9L

I am tweecer ignorant , i am getting started on mu ecm/maf/sefi and wondered if my ecm can be tuned to run like a9L???

What's the box code of the ECM that you are going to use?
And what transmission are you running now?
Also is it a MAF or SD based ECM?

will get back to you with ecm info , it is a maf ecm,and i have a e4od tranny ,useing the ecm from 94 5.0 bronco so i can convert to maf/sefi
