Warm start problem

My car will start just fine when cold, after it warms up you have to hold it at WOT so that it will start. Then it idles up to 2500-3000 RPMS hangs up for about 10 secs then slowly idles back down.
Any clue on why this happens when its warm.

Think I found my answer. ECT is bad.
