408 stroker

Cooking up a crazy plan for my truck and the only thing that worries me is EFI ...I want to build a very mild 408 windsor for my bronco and i have the MAF conversion harness and ecm ..no big deal for a 5.8l but 408 might be tricky ...what am i up against ? i know you guys are into eec-iv and have gotten some good info before

I just want torque for days without big money heads and having to rev up to get it ...

Camshaft is the big thing that messes with eec's. What are you considering?

Do an a9l or a9p swap and either modify your harness or install a new harness. I've done two f150s and installed 393s in both without issue. Also converted them to fox body throttle bodies too

35-255-5 comp Duration 254/258, Lift .478/.485 , would love the a9l conversion but i have the e4od slushbox and is computer controlled

i have the harness out of the 1994 5.0l bronco maf/e4od and can do a complete harness swap when the motor is out

24lb injectors and recalibrated maf ? or can i stay 19lb

i plan on staying with ported e7 with 1.84/1.5 valve stock intake for now and headers

408 with stock E7 heads and valves... along with a camshaft?

You planning on competetive stump pulling?

you are wasting cubic inches with the head combination. You would be better off trying to bring a hooker to an orgasm.
Stay with the stock 351 displacement. E7's don't really flow enough for a stock 351 regardless of how much work you put in them.
