Re: BOV to atmosphere

I would have stayed SD if the tweecer or other tuner would have supported it. Since I have A VP1 EEC there is no support.

Re: BOV to atmosphere

I did it with the TwEECer. It's not perfect YET, but it's 1000 times better than it was before tweaking it. You have to relate the MAF voltage to the TPS. I also messed with the load scaling a lot to make it work.

In the end I put it back. Not worth the hassle.

Yeah but I don't think it would work on a supercharged car, if you set the bov as tight as it would need to be you'd get some wicked surging since the supercharger is running off the crank.

Re: BOV to atmosphere

I had a BOV to the atmosphere on a mod motor with a PRO-M Blow thru... that think wouldn't idle for crap. maybe if you could get a good tuner? Tim @ MPH said he hated to tune ones like that

save the "shhhhhsssssssssssss" for the import guys

Re: BOV to atmosphere

mine is vented to atmosphere with no drivability problems (blow thru MAF setup).

Only thing I hate is that it is loud as hell at idle and going down the road. Its very annoying
