Yes it is, but how much IDK. An overly rich condition can kill a cat converter in the long term...tends to want to stop them up

A bad O2 sensor will hurt your MPG. Your trucks probably running rich due to it causing you to lose some EM PEE GEES. It also depends on which sensor it is. Before or after the cat.

I may have a brand new Bosch O2 in the garage but Im not sure if it fits your truck.
