What is in style now??
Ok I am slowly working out the motor details on my project car and I need to know what is in style for the other details. In 1992 really dark window tint and dark headlight covers were in style. Those Hammer type wheels were also in style. I am not sure what type wheels they actually are however that is what everyone called them.
Well my car is in mint condition on the outside however it still sports those 16 inch "hammers"...very dark window tint...some gay ass "No Fear" decals and those dark headlight and taillight covers. I have now grown to like a more clean look and I am thinking of removing the tint and really need some satin Cobra wheels. What do you think looks best on the Fox body cars today? I really am wanting to do a little different look on the outside and I am thinking of making a clone of the 93 Cobra. That is a very clean look and just looks right to me. I am cleaning some of the dust and stuff off the car and will try to get a few pics up here soon. So give me a few suggestions or maybe some photos of what you think is a nice Fox body...thanks |

Dark tint =
Hammer wheels = No fear stickers = Blackouts = Also, if you have any "calvin pissing" stickers you're not telling us about, those are out too.

And I'm personally not a big fan of the '93 Cobra wheels, either. They're alright on Cobras since that's the way they came, but there's no way I'd spend extra money for those wheels. I'd rather have the over-done and played-out Cobra R's than '93 Cobras. Plus they're only 7.5" wide.

I think I said it wrong when I said Cobra Wheels....I like the Cobra Rs much better than the Factory Cobra wheels on the 93 models. For some reason I like the satin color much better than the chrome. It looks like brushed aluminum and adds just enough without being too flashy I think.

Re: What is in style now??
Very clean car, and a much better starting place than a lot of them.
