you loosen the two bolts that hold TPS on side of TB.. you can turn it one way or the other.. it doesn't turn much, just a hair either way.. each time you move it just a hair, snug the bolts up and recheck until it's dialed in.. when it's dialed in right you will notice quicker response also..
