Cool Fixing A/C

I was planning on scrapping the A/C system but it turns out I may need it. What are the steps to converting the 5.0 A/C system to the new setup?

i know the fittings on the high pressure line and low pressure line will need to be changed. you can buy the adapter fitting at wal-mart. the R12 system has the screw fittings and the 134-A has the quick connect. something is also different in the dryer, the oil i think. its been i while since i done a conversion. this site may help you. good luck. http://www.id-usa.com/
