spark plug question

should bosch platinum + sparkplugs be gapped at the rcommended gap or should they be gapped larger ...the reason I ask is I pulled the plugs on mine and found the gap at .055" and the book calls for .044" any answers appreciated

if you have to run bosch, gap 'em at what the book says.

if I have to run bosch, I'll run 'em to the parts store still in the box and trade for some NGK's...
