As far as loads being high, I thought that was normal when dealing with boost.
Load being higher the 100% is normal on a supercharged vehicle but at idle your load should be around the same as any n/a car. You're not making boost at idle, or atleast you shouldn't be, and unless you have your MAF too close to the supercharger then you should be fine. Now spinning air into a MAF can wreck havic on ones functions.

On a side note, I've never messed with a Univer so please excuse my stupidity, but is this a calibrated mass air? What size injectors are you using?

I think this has already been gone over but idle loads should be around 15-25% for a decent idle, I prefer more in the mid to high teens myself. Then your short terms should be 5+/-% of 0 or 1, this is how my Raptor looks at it, I'm not sure how your logger may do it.

Just let me know if I can help. Please don't misunderstand me either, I'm not trying to tell anyone how to do anything or make any claims to being a great tuner, I'm just trying to help.

Thanks, Doug.

Re: Put your thinking caps on..

I know you are just trying to help Doug.

I noticed last night the idle loads seem to be better since the new motor went in. I am going to do some more datalogs today and see what happens

Normal when you are in the boost. While cruising you should not be making boost. You should have manifold vacuum during flat road cruising.

Also, I hooked up my PGM today, unfortunately it will not read over 100% load. But, I was at 100% load at about 50% throttle at 2500rpm.

Re: Put your thinking caps on..

I am not over 100 when cruising but I do vary between 30-50% depending on gear and rpm

Re: Put your thinking caps on..

That doesn't really sound bad. Mine varies between 20-40%. Its very sensitive to throttle angle.
