replacing cowl
hey guys what is the best way to replace the metal cowl in front of the winshield? thx

Well it depends.Unless its beyond repair I would fix it not replace it.A body shop would charge around 400 bucks because its pretty complicated to change one.Could fix it for about 50 bucks.IMO But check around i could be wrong.

To replace the complete cowl panel is a serious PITA.
If it isnt too bad just do the best to repair it. most shops labor to change the cowl would be over 500

IIRC,the windshield has to come out to replace it.How bad is yours messed up?

The hood has blew up a few times i beleave it is gone to far but may can be fixed.
