background problem

I am sure this is something I did wrong or aren't doing. Stupid me decided to click in the drop down box and change my background, well I clicked on the pocket pc setting for some stupid reason and now it won't come off of it! I tried to close out my browser and restart that, then I restarted my pc. Any ideas?
