Good Lord! My timing is at 19 and may get dropped a little more if I keep seeing 16psi

But you have to remember the 03/04 cobras have low compression (8.5:1) so they can run more timing.

Yea most tuners I know think that 23* is the sweet spot for these cars. However, the 24# guys are running about 19*.

Gen 2 Lightnings are 8.4:1 and 19 degrees timing is a LOT on one of those. Speaking of Pump Gas only, race fuel you can kick it up a little more.

That's not alot of timing for that compression, the usual is 22-24 degrees on cobras but the lightnings don't have forged rods so they have to be more careful.

Thanks. I was really impressed with the torque. I didn't think it would break 500. My guess of 495 was being optimistic.

geeez thats some crazy numbers.

What kind of milage are you still able to get on the highway with the tune (if you've had a chance to check yet)?
