Added WAP/Pocket PC Skin

If you have a wireless Pocket PC or a WAP enabled phone, then you can now access these forums! Just use your device and change the skin at the bottom left hand corner to WAP/Pocket PC.

DO NOT DO THIS ON YOUR REGULAR PC

Why did I add this? Because you've got to be able to access the forums anywhere, duh!

Plus, I'm geeky like that!

So, I guess this got prioroty over the Ford Racing skin and the QwickSnake logo at the top.
